- Flat per-address rates; Alaska and Hawaii incur separate fees.
- No P.O. box or APO box delivery.
- Re-routing an already-shipped package incurs a $20 charge.
Order Processing
From our kitchen to FedEx.
Orders ship from our Kansas City, MO headquarters. Orders placed before 12PM CST typically ship the same day, though processing may take 24+ hours during peak holiday season. Expedited (overnight or 2-day) orders are prioritized over ground shipments.
Packaging & Care
Insulated for the trip.
Chocolate travels in insulated packaging with gel packs for warm-climate transit (68°F and above), inside corrugated cardboard boxes. The insulation is mineral fiber and plastic — recyclable where facilities allow, or biodegradable.
Carrier
FedEx. Business deliveries 8AM–5PM; residential 9AM–9PM. Residential Economy shipments may be delivered Saturday or Sunday, otherwise Monday–Friday.
International Shipping
At the current time, we are unable to ship to international destinations. We ship within the United States only.
Tracking
Provided via FedEx tracking number. Most orders leave our Kansas City facility within 24 hours of processing.
