Are your bonbons gluten-free?
Our bonbons are independently tested at 5 ppm gluten, below the FDA’s 20 ppm “gluten-free” threshold. Our facility does produce gluten-containing items elsewhere, but we isolate allergens per FDA regulation. If you have dietary concerns, please call us at 816-842-1300.
Do you offer sugar-free options?
We don't currently offer any sugar-free options.
Do you ship internationally?
At the current time, we are unable to ship to international destinations. We ship within the United States only.
What is First Fridays at the Kansas City store?
Yes — our Kansas City retail store opens for First Fridays from 4pm–6pm (or until sold out), with $1-per-piece pricing on select bonbons and other in-store promotions.
What is your return policy?
Because our chocolates are a perishable food item, we don't accept returns. That said, if there's ever an issue with your order, we'll make it right — please get in touch.
Can I check out with shipping for multiple addresses?
Yes, via our separate Corporate Gifting Portal at gifts.elbowchocolates.com.
